Select the sticker icon or emoji icon then sticker icon. Once you have a sticker pack installed, you can send stickers from that pack. In a chat, tap on a sticker to scroll through and view other stickers in the same pack. Update to the latest version of Signal to receive stickers. You can also create your own custom sticker packs or install sticker packs that you receive from other people. 
Signal has a built-in list of default sticker packs that are available to all users, and we'll add more stickers over time. Just as with everything else in Signal, stickers are encrypted too.
